You can follow the process of your order at any time in your account under “My orders” and you will also receive an email at each step.
Parcels are shipped with different couriers depending on the dealer, size and weight of the parcel, delivery country etc. You will receive an email, the day your order is dispatched, with the tracking number and link to the couriers website so you can track your parcel. This information will also appear in your account.
The shipping costs depend on the order, the parcel size, weight, courier and the country where it is delivered. The shipping costs appear at all time in the cart and are updated automatically when an Item is added.
Additional shipping costs may be charged if the size or weight of the package exceeds the maximum limit. In this case we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.
Once you have finished placing your order on www.honda.gardening-parts.com, the processing will take between 1 and 3 business days. Delivery to France is, on average, 5 to 10 business days. Delivery to EU countries is delayed by approx. 2 days. If a spare part is not available from HONDA we will receive a delivery date that we will communicate to you via email as soon as we get the information. We are not responsible for spare parts which are not in stock at HONDA. The date given is the quickest anyone in Europe will be able to source the parts directly from HONDA. The quantity indicated does not mean the part is available. If you need your part urgently please contact us prior to ordering to get the availability.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and bank holidays.
If you have ordered Items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the Item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
As soon as we have handed over your parcel to the courier, you will receive the tracking number of your parcel from us by e-mail. You can also find the tracking number with the link to the courier’s website in your account under “My orders”. With this you can easily and conveniently check the current status of delivery on the courier’s homepage and find out where your parcel is at the moment.
If the parcel has not arrived at your home within a week and has not been delivered to your neighbours, please contact us. We will contact the courier and try to clarify the whereabouts of your parcel.
Please note that www.honda.gardening-parts.com has no influence on the amount of customs duties or the taxes to be paid in your country when ordering from countries which levy import duties. In this case, please inform yourself about the costs incurred by you for an order, which will only be charged when the goods are imported into your country. These fees are NOT charged by www.honda.gardening-parts.com and are NOT already included in the shipping fees.
Honda.gardening-parts.com suggest having your order delivered to your usual daytime location. That way you increase your chances of being able to have your order delivered to you and being present to sign for it, and saving you the hassle of having to pick it up at the nearest post office.
Ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete address to prevent incurring any return shipping fees if the courier cannot deliver the package to the address indicated.
